- Customers are not required to send items back once delivered.
Refunds
Refunds are provided only in specific situations:

If your order shows no delivery or tracking progress for 45 days, you may be eligible for a refund. -
Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items:
If you receive a damaged product, the wrong item, or if something is missing, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Photo or video proof is required to process your request. -
Refund Request Window:
All refund requests must be raised within 90 days of purchase and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Note: No refunds or replacements will be issued for orders placed with incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the purchaser. Please ensure all details are accurate before placing your order, as changes may not be possible after processing.
Exchange / Replacement
