UNITED STATES:
We offer free standard shipping within the United States on eligible products to eligible delivery addresses.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Please note that tracking information may take some time to update after a shipping label is created or after the package is transferred to the carrier.
Packages Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact us through our contact page and select or use the subject line “Help with Shipping.”
We will review the issue and assist you with the next steps. Any applicable refund or replacement will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery through our contact page and use the subject line “Help with Shipping.” Photo or video evidence may be required to verify your claim, where applicable.
